As founder and former CEO of production company Captains, Steijger spent more than a decade producing films and series for broadcasters, streaming platforms and international brands, reaching millions of viewers worldwide.
Through ENSHI, he brings together creators, artists, brands, investors and production partners within one connected ecosystem, built around the power of meaningful storytelling. From early-stage concepts to financing, partnerships, production and distribution, ENSHI connects the right people and ideas to turn ambitious projects into reality.
Recent productions include the impact film HER SOUND, the documentary Pretpark Hennie, which premiered at the International Film Festival Rotterdam and was later broadcast nationally by BNNVARA, and the award-nominated Storytel audio documentary Betaalde Liefde.
